Campers
For one week each summer, about 70 campers join us in Esopus, New York. These children are recommended by the Division of Pediatric Oncology and the Division of Hematology and Blood and Marrow Transplantation at Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of New York Presbyterian, Columbia University Medical Center.
Counselors
About 100 staff are on site throughout the week of camp. These teenagers and adults volunteer their time and energy to make Sister Pat's Camp a success. Staff come to us through several different avenues, including the parish of Saint Helen's, Columbia University Medical Center, friends or family of volunteers as well as former patients who may return as camp counselors.
